We are located in the Waldrip Real Estate Building that sits in the 90 degree curve on West Academy Street. It is a red brick with stucco arched windows.

From Jesse Jewell Parkway
If you are coming from Jesse Jewell Parkway, turn (right or left) onto W. Academy at the traffic light between the old train engine and the iHOP restaurant. Go through one traffic light (Washington Street), just past the Homestar building and take a right into our parking lot, before you go around the big 90 degree curve. There is a Waldrip Real Estate sign at street level as you turn into the parking lot.
From Green Street
If you are coming from Green Street, bear right onto W. Academy at the traffic light adjacent to the Brenau Tiger statue. Go through two traffic lights. As you go through the 2nd light (at Maple and Oak Streets) our building is on the left. Staying on W. Academy, go around the curve and turn left into our parking lot.
After you turn into our parking lot, bear left. That takes you to the front of our building. Go all the way to the far end. We are the last door at the end of the parking lot. If you are facing our building, we are the door farthest to the left.
